I guess side-view is more accurate since it doesn't actually scroll but you get the point.

So that's....

Advanced Dungeons & Dragons
Advanced Dungeons & Dragons: Treasure of Tarmin

Crypts of Chaos
Dark Chambers
Dragonstomper
Gateway to Apshai
Secret Quest

Picked up Nichibutsu Arcade Classics for Super Famicom today. It contains Moon Cresta, Crazy Climber, and Frisky Tom. It's a relatively cheap compilation and is worth checking out if you want to play some more "obscure" early 80s arcade games.

There's also a Nichibutsu Arcade Classics 2, which consists solely of a remade version of Heiankyo Alien.

So sexy.
Gamester81 made a review of this machine.

One commentor under his video left this interesting anecdote:
This game system bears an uncanny ressemblance to the 1292 AVPS/Interton VC4000 family. The graphisms are a little less blocky (but that mainly come from the fact that most AVPS games were programmed in 1976) and it lack the Select button, but otherwise, it really look alike.
And it's a know fact that the Emerson Arcadia 2001 is an AVPS machine with a better graphic chip. So, how is the AFP linked to those ones? I don't know, but that would be interesting to look for.

I was late to the 2nd gen game - I didn't get my Atari 2600 until 2010 when I was a senior in high school - but I love it. I've got my 2600 modded to use composite video, and my 5200 used to have a composite mod, but it got damaged when I moved, and the guy I sent it to for a repair (it was a guy I found here, but he got banned for scamming shortly thereafter) destroyed the thing (I mean, look up FUBAR, and you'll see my first Atari 5200). The 5200 I have now is a 4 port model, and I'm really uneasy about trying to get that one modded with how they did the power and RF output, so it still uses RF.

In addition to my 2600 and 5200, I've also got an Intellivision and a Vectrex (the latter was acquired within the past year). It's not my favorite generation, and it's definitely not one where I have an expansive collection (with the except of Atari 2600; I've got 70 or 80 games for that console), but it's definitely got a special place in my heart, and I LOVE the homebrew community. I ordered Halo 2600 on a cartridge, and my students think that's the coolest thing ever (I teach freshmen in high school and run the gaming club).

Wouldn't the Earthworld series count?

What are you doing for controllers on the 5200? The 5200 controllers are notoriously terrible...

I got a very good time on Sky Jinks (2600) recently. The Twin Galaxies world record is 34.56 just recorded last month.
