I'm having problem with the lens moving out and moving back in. Apparently it doesn't work for the Backed Up CD's, and only the original CD.
There should be a sound when the lens moves out, and then you begin the swap, but in my case, when I run the Backed Up CD, the lens doesn't do anything and just runs to the BIOS screen.
I wasted at least 4 CDR using Nero Burner, Roxo, and Disc Juggler. None works or least the len didn't do as it supposed with them. I burned at the lowest speed possible.
Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!
Saturn M2 Swap Trick Problem
Re: Saturn M2 Swap Trick Problem
Mod the bastard. There are only so many model 2 saturns out there, and you're going to ruin the mechanism eventually. Buy a mod chip now, and you'll be set for many years.
The swap trick is just really hard to do, I've only succeeded once or twice on my model 1. And that's the one thats supposed to be easy because of the blinking light.

Re: Saturn M2 Swap Trick Problem
I personally don't think you read my entire post thoroughly before answering.
I would get one if i knew where to purchase one. It is shown as "out of stock." Please provide link if you happened to know where, and it would be much appreciated.
My problem is NOT TRYING to get the swap to work. I'm trying to ask how to burn the CD to get the LASER/LEN to function as it should when it is running. (For it to move out making the "BZZZZZ" sound and back in. Mine just stays as it loads to the BIOS screen unless it's an original CD) I've attempted Nero Burning Rom, and the lowest speed I could use was 10x.
The image file I burned was in .cue/.bin format. Was originally an .ISO file that is converted to a .cue/.bin file.
EDIT: My Saturn is a Model 2.
