Best PS3 Games to Import

I've been discovering quite a few of the great PS3 import games available on Amazon. Most titles that seem ideal to import are the Capcom games but I wanted to see if there was more that I should be considering. I'd like to focus on either games that either have English as an option or that will still be playable and enjoyable without knowing Japanese. \

Here are a few of the games I know I'd like to get already...

If you just want physical copies of games that are digital only in North America, there's also Siren Blood Curse (however it's stupid expensive now) and Ratchet & Clank Quest for Booty.
Lastly, Resident Evil Remake Remaster was physically released outside the US as well.







(As an aside, on PS4, inFamous: First Light also has a physical release outside the US)

Came in this thread just to plug PuyoPuyo Tetris.

Even has an XBox One version.

This has an English release, but it's digital only (not that I even knew that when I imported it ). It does take a bit of trial and error and you miss out on the story, since I think only the start menu has English, but I've been able to enjoy it so far. Also it comes with some nice themes which don't seem to be in the NA store (one of which is my current theme).

Holy shit, there's a Puyo Puyo Tetris game!? What the hell is it? I can't believe there's a cross over of the two best puzzle games of all time!

Always heard that Mobile Suit Gundam:Extreme Vs. is fun.

Initial D Extreme Stage , there's a little bit of English in this game but mostly Japanese.......still playable tho

Define 'stupid expensive'. Copies seem to float around $30-45 shipped, which doesn't seem too bad. Resident Evil Remake is a good idea although no console 60fps means its PC version or bust if you don't own any previous version.


Another digital download North America, physical Japan/Asia deal. Japanese copy much cheaper/easier to source than Asia release. Great game otherwise.

There's also Gran Turismo HD Demo Install Disc although this is more of a novelty if you aren't a supreme GT fan.

I would second the motion on Gundam Extreme, specifically Gundam Extreme VS Full Boost (G Sound Premium optional).
