Got the other three Troma "sex comedies" on DVD and I hope that they're all just as great as this (I've already seen Waitress so I know that one's at least just as good).

Figures the next of the 4 Troma sex comedies would be the only other one that I've seen.

Also, apparently the DVDs of this, Squeeze Play and Stuck on You! feature a hidden feature, accessible via the special features menu. They are the full length films "The Girl Who Returned" (a mostly silent film about feminism and The Olympics), the Israeli comedy "Schwartz: The Brave Detective", and "The Battle of Love's Return". While there's evidence of a similar Easter egg on the DVD for The First Turn On (go to the special features menu and highlight a hidden handprint-shaped button over one of the breasts of the female on the left side of the screen, which is an image taken from the film), repeating the action does nothing.

Meh.

Not as funny as Waitress! or The First Turn-On!

Watched Indie Game: The Movie today. It's hard not to like and root for the Super Meat Boy guys, but man, Phil Fish almost had me turning off the movie a couple times. And I don't know what the point of shoe-horning the Braid guy in it was, other than to fill time and provide some navel-gazing quotes.

Not the best of Troma's four sex comedies, but definitely better than Squeeze Play!

REPO, since you're on a Troma kick I'll list some of my favorites. I was straight obsessed with Troma from my late teens through my mid-20's... read both of Lloyd Kaufman's books, etc.

Toxic Avenger - I'm sure you've seen it. Classic.

Class Of Nuke Em High - same.

Mother's Day - crazy. Sort of in the vein of Last House On The Left, I Spit On Your Grave, etc.

Blood Sucking Freaks - not actually made by Troma, but they distributed the DVD later. And it's a straight classic. I prefer it over Wizard Of Gore - its obvious "inspiration" if I'm being honest. Plus the commentary by Eli Roth is awesome.

Teenage Cat Girls In Heat - hilariously bad. About teenage cat girls... in heat. The movie takes place at night, but filmed in the day w/ a blue filter. Haha.

Wendigo - (AKA Frostbiter I think?) super low budget movie that feels like it looked to Evil Dead quite a bit, but a lot of fun. A great "winter" horror movie if you like schlock.

Monster In The Closet - literally about a monster in a closet.

Citizen Toxie - I think I like this 4th movie maybe as much as the original. Because.... holy crap, it's Citizen Kane as told by the Toxic Avenger. So good.

Terror Firmer - a movie about the Troma team making a movie and getting murdered on set. A sort of film within a film thing like Scream 3. Brilliant. SO meta for Troma fans.

Tromeo & Juliet - duddddde. James Gunn!

Def By Temptation - so overlooked. A great succubus film.

I watched Tusk a few days ago. I've been an unashamed Kevin Smith fan for years and I remember listening to the episode of SModcast that inspired the film. It's not everyone's cup of tea but I really enjoyed it. Check it out if you want to see some weird shit.

Seen them. Had Mother's Day on DVD but my uncle borrowed it, got arrested, the DVD ended up in storage and when the rent wasn't paid on it I lost it (and my mom lost all the Christmas ornaments she's collected over the years, lots of which were handmade by my brother and yours truly as children).

Haven't seem them yet. I believe a few of these are streaming legally on Troma's YouTube channel.

Watched this last night. It was a tradition of mine for years since it came on TV 15 years ago on VH1, but at some point it stopped airing ad nauseum on TV and then I bought the DVD (bare bones AF, with generic AF menu) but this is the first time I've seen it in almost three years (in 2013 we were living in a Travelodge in Kissimmee and all my Christmas DVDs were in storage, and in 2014 my Christmas DVDs were in a tote in the back of an overstuffed shed).

Hoping this becomes a tradition again, watching it constantly.

Got it on DVD (with the theatrical AND extended cut). Still one of my fave Christmas films, but personally I find Terminator or Predator or Last Action Hero more believable than a film where a standard Midwestern suburbanite is played by a hulking Austrian muscle golem.

Also there's a straight-to-DVD in-name-only sequel starring Larry the Inbred Redneck Stereotype, cuz fuck it, doing a GOOD sequel is SO hard! I mean, they could have Jamie (the kid from the original, albeit played by a different actor) finding history repeating itself as he finds himself scrambling to get a toy for his kid. Schwartzanegger could have had a cameo!

Just finished watching Creed (film) today. It's a decent effort as a spinoff to the classic Rocky films. Plot is very predictable, yet well executed with solid performances from both Stallone and Jordan, good pacing and some of the most immersive boxing cinematography i've seen in some time.
I liked it.
