PLAY KING'S FIELD.
Re: Nintendo Direct
So many neat things coming out soon.
I'm a bit surprised (but pleased!) about the DQ VII localization. For a while there I'd thought they might have sacrificed that one to the Never To Be Localized Sea Beast. Glad it and 8 will be making an appearance.
Lots of things to look forward to.

Re: Nintendo Direct
Wow not a bad Nintendo Direct to say the least.
What starts as an almost funny trolling with FF7's theme being shown ends up being a Smash Bros inclusion. In a sick way it's amusing considering it was the big game downfall of Nintendo getting beat to crap back in the 90s not going with a CD as that could and should have been there's. It would be cool if that HD remaster found its way to them but obviously it won't, but it's good advertising for Square and and good fun for fans with Smash Bros.
The pokemon inclusion of the original three is such a long time coming, good for them as I'm sure they'll sell really well especially since they retained the trade and battle mechanics over wireless.
For me though DQ7 and 8 which looked like we'd never get i"m up for. I can't do RPGs anymore on a console due to life and kid, but in bed and the couch yes -- have done it with Abyss and Xenoblade so I'm in. 2016 is the largest Square-Enix year on a Nintendo system I can remember with 4 games. I'm not sure how I feel about FF Explorers though, as they're making it out like it's incredibly hard unless you're some social type who likes to play MMOs online which I'm not. Bravely though that I will get it's like the true throw back to what made Final Fantasy great which died on Nintendo other than #9 on PS1. Those games will keep me very busy in the evenings and elsewhere which is good as I've not used my 3DS much this year. I could but I find reasons not to buy certain stuff like either being too expensive (Senran Kagura) or just not making time (Hatsune Miku, Shovel Knight and Adventure Time from a year ago.)
Hyrule Warriors I'd love a crack at, don't see why people would hate on Linkle, never heard of her before but she looks fun to use. It's not like it's that revolting stain on the series in tights Tingle. And that Mega Man collection I'd consider bought right along with Mighty No 9.
I just wish they'd actually tap the New part of the 3DS more.

Re: Nintendo Direct
My favourite part about Cloud in Smash Bros. is that they tried to get him for Playstation All-Stars Battle Royale and were denied
Re: Nintendo Direct
Well first of all the direct was pretty good and there's a few games im really insterested
Mario & Luigi Paper Jam look awesome!
I could play Hyrule Warriors on the 3DS if i decide to upgrade (cheaper than a WiiU)
The new Star Fox look SWEET! (But i know people WILL bitch and complain on the sthealth missions, remember my words)
That megaman collection thing (too lazy to google now)
But mostly i felt that nintendo is kinda going for the... "collector" audience... i mean how many times did they said "For those who have to had them all" and i felt they're making games just to make more amiibos. Im also already tired of that gimmick, it was cool at first but with all the supply mess and on disc locked content is just feels greedy at this point. Heck i was even interested in mario tennis on the WiiU and my interest kinda plumered after they show the amiibo functions, they're not awful on this game though.
Also why in the love of arceus is the release of pokemon RBY a AMAZING thing?! They could have done it years ago with ALL the games! I guess they will do the same with gold/silver/crystal in a year or two when the nostalgic value is higher.
Anyway still what really matters are the games and they look promising and great... just being annoyed at that stupid amiibos function now.
