If you're only going to buy one, buy New Carnival Games. It has more minigames, more prizes, and actually supports the MotionPlus for better motion control.

There's also this to consider.
PLAY KING'S FIELD.

I tried to like that golf game and found it horrible. It did have good production values. But you can't really play a whole round of mini golf on a variety of courses in it. It's like, imagine if each hole of one course is it's own mini game. It annoyed me. I always on the looking for a $.99 copy of New Carnival Games at Gamestop to see how much better it is than the original though.

Get both since they are on the cheap at Gamestop.

I actually avoided the series for years since Gamestop kept blasting it on videos every time I walked in the store back in the day. Now that only a few bucks for both, took the plunge. I found the second volume (though used) actually came with a shiny outer cardboard liner as in a new release DVD movie. Had to been a retag from new to used, very pristine; its now protected with the "BookOff" 3m tape plastic envelope. Both game volumes are okay, just no real outstanding levels. That said, worth the low current price.
