Fallout 4 is developed and published by Bethesda Softworks, who, in 2007, published (but did not develop) Star Trek: Conquest. Star Trek: Conquest is the third-most recent console video game based on the Star Trek franchise. The third-oldest console game based on the Star Trek franchise is Star Trek: Strategic Operation Simulator, which was published by (you guessed it) Sega. Sega's mascot, Sonic the Hedgehog, has appeared in the last two Super Smash Bros. games, and therefore, Fallout 4 is actually a Nintendo IP.

In other words...you're good, Flake!

Phew, that's good to know. I had similar concerns earlier this year about Knights of the Old Republic but I remembered that Bioware made Sonic: The Dark Brotherhood for the DS and as Sonic appears in Smash Bros and Mario and Sonic at the Olympics, Knights of the Old Republic is technically a Zelda spinoff.
Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?

Six degrees of justification.

Actually what you should really be concerned about is that Bioware is owned entirely be Electronic Arts. Electronic Arts served as the European publisher for The X-Files Game released in 1998. The X-Files had a crossover with the character John Munch from Homicide: Life on the Street, who appeared in numerous other television programs such as Law & Order, 30 Rock, The Wire, and Arrested Development. Both Dr. Roxanne Turner and Dr. Victor Ehrlich appeared in Homicide: Life on the Street but are originally from the television program St. Elsewhere, which was shown to exist in the mind of young autistic Tommy Westphall.

Going back to X-Files though, there was also an important crossover with Cops, which as we all know is reality. Therefore all of reality exists in the mind of Tommy Westphall, and everything Bioware has touched is canon within reality, so since Bioware made Sonic: The Dark Brotherhood, and Sonic appeared in a Smash Bros. game, all of Nintendo is now real life, including the Super Mario Bros. movie, which as you now know really happened exactly as shown in 1990s New York. This thus proves the concept of a multiverse, meaning other multiverse theories are possible, thus meaning that in universe 616 all of Marvel comics must really exist...in the mind of Tommy Westphall.

More importantly though, Electronic Arts also developed Shaq Fu, meaning it really happened and he is really a genie as per Kazzam. EA also owns Michael Jordan: Chaos in the Windy City, which means Space Jam actually happened, as well as The Lakers versus Celtics and the NBA Playoffs, which starred Charles Barkley. Now, as you all know, Charles Barkley once played a game of basketball against Godzilla in a comic book, thus making it reality, and thus is now the most important event to have ever occurred within the history of the universe.

In short, this is the most real thing to ever come out: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J9FImc2LOr8

Wrong. My wife kills it.

It was interesting trying to think of a way to link Fallout 4 with Nintendo, however. I will have to see if I can to it with some other IPs (and, more interestingly, link them some way other than Super Smash Bros.).

:x - doctor still doesn't know what's wrong with me so now I'm off caffeine for the foreseeable future and currently waiting on the urologist to give me a call(and the body shop too since it's been more than a few days since I took the car up to them and they said they were currently dismantling it anyways to see the full damage....really scared it's going to be a full loss on that since the thing at 125000 is apparently only worth 2k I think if in good condition...)
