I found Metro 2033 to be pretty scary actually.

Especially if you play on the resource-scarce Ranger Mode.
Have: Sega Genesis, SNES, Atari 2600, Atari 7800, Atari 800XL, PC, N3DS XL, Wii U, GBA, Xbox One, Switch

Want: Games!!!

Even if there aren't actual consequences that I can see, my panic over getting caught is ridiculous. I mean, we're even talking about sneaking into Hyrule Castle in Ocarina of Time, folks. No joke. And Ryu creepin' around the docks in Shenmue. There's just something about having to actively avoid a moving tracker that I can't handle so well.
None of you should ever play:

It is incredibly scary; it is incredibly intense; there is no HUD; and incredibly realistic and well-implemented stealth is a large part of its gameplay. (I love it, BTW, and I think it is one of the best games of its generation.)

All this time I thought they were light bulbs.
They're "fragments of hope" technically speaking.
I meant to say the name of that game (Sylviana=Sylvania), not the heart containers.

New RGT - I just found out through a YouTube video that if you turn left as soon as you start in Hard Drivin' (arcade) there's an extra road that you can drive on not connected to the Speed or Stunt courses (!) In all my years.....

Those damned wolves.

Very underrated series IMO.
Well...until you realize you can pick up objects and toss them in front of you. At first I tried to avoid the wolves, but then I found I could pick up boxes or air tanks. From then on, I'd pull wolves to me one at a time, throw the box or tank at them, and then grab the object before the stun animation ran out. Turns out throwing objects does a little damage, so I'd basically stunlock them and beat them to death one at a time.

Once again, I went into a horror game and discovered that the creatures inside weren't hunting me, I was hunting them.

Oh okay, I thought you guys were being pedantic and correcting me about Ghost Lion.

Yeah I say Sylvania every time too.

I did the same thing, but before I realized that it was pretty tense.

If you've never played it, you would probably really enjoy the first Manhunt. (I did.)
PLAY KING'S FIELD.

Yeah, it's on the list to check out...one day...after the hundreds of other games... Oh man, thinking about my backlog just got me dizzy.

Never even played Ghost Lion, but I heard about it as far back as nearly 20 years ago. It was highly regarded amongst people I knew on AOL.

Yeah, I just saw it. Right after I finally beat Danmaku Unlimited 2 with no upgrades. It's almost like it's fate.

Or it would be if I had the money to spare anyway.
