"Actually to help you understand my listing, these are actually
Wii-Clones.
But if I post them with that title or anything of the sort it is
against ebays user agreement and ect. and my posting gets
deleted.
Sorry for the confusion."

Re: WTF? Is this a joke?!
Those boxes look very familiar.... used to work at Walmart and the Wii's came shipped in boxes exactly like those, 2 per box I believe. I think this guy is selling boxes of stolen Wiis (no $hit right??) and can only claim they are Wii clones to not attract attention.
Got: Atari 2600, Atari 7800Pro, Commodore 64, Odyssey 2, Sega Master System, NES, Genesis Models 1-3, Nomad, Game Gear, Sega CD Model 1, Sega 32x, SuperNES, GameBoys, GameBoy Pocket, GBC, Sega Saturn Model 2, GBA, Nintendo 64, Playstation, Sega Dreamcast, Playstation 2 Slim, Nintendo DS Lite, Xbox 360, Gamecube, PS3 Slim
Re: WTF? Is this a joke?!
China decided to clone the boxes as well for their Vii's.

Re: WTF? Is this a joke?!
Actually, the boxes aren't clones. It's just that Wii shipping boxes have learned to breed, and the Chinese stole a breeding pair to make their Wii clones seem more authentic.

Wait, we're cloning inanimate objects now? When did we move up from sheep?!
You realize what this means, right? Star Trek replicators are close at hand. Finally, I can have Earl Grey tea with fried chicken any time I please...
And for the record, his feedback is from selling stuff not game related at all. It just makes it seem even more shady.

I think the tupperware thing was just a SNES to USB controller adapter.
No, it's not illegal to sell hardware that plays someone else's game, as long as you're buying original games that don't violate copyright. Patents on things like hardware design expire relatively quickly. The NES is out from under patent protection, for example.
