and on that note because I did get a yellow gbc in the mail, this thing needs some serious work done on it's speaker. Kinda fuzzy and weak, come to find out it's rusted...guess I'm going to have to finally get a solder iron

I miss playing Section 8 Prejudice in multiplayer. It was like Tribes meets CoD4. I had a boatload of fun with the game on Steam, but thanks to GFWL closing and the developer going under, it is now a single player affair.

Crap, it's almost November and I'm realizing there's still a lot of games I was hoping to play before the year's over... want to finish up RE Revelations 2 and Life Is Strange, had intended to play Tales From The Borderlands, Rebel Galaxy looks amazing, there's that Axis Football 2015 I picked up, I've barely touched the Plague Knight expansion for Shovel Knight, never got Titan Souls, never got D4, the NBA 2K16 story mode looked really cool, oh that's right - Sword Coast Legends is out! Oh and MGSV. And Rocket League. And Might & Magic Heroes VII. And the year's not over yet, so more games are coming. What I'm saying is, I tend to play a lot of new releases and even still have struggled to keep up with everything that's interested me. Heroes Of The Storm obsession aside, I feel like this means that there was a lot of interesting games released this year.

So I'm bored and want to watch youtube videos about retro games. Does anyone know of any let's play/review channels, where they go through the entire game, but not every minute of it? Like a youtuber who just shows you the interesting parts (so not a full let's play) but also just talks about what's happening in the game.....I guess something like what spoony was doing in his ultima and final fantasy reviews, but not necessarily with all the lazyness of his xD

Ancient DOS Games is one I follow. He doesn't manage to get through every game but does his best and puts in gameplay videos of everything. Where it makes sense he goes deeper into mechanics or showing off things, like all the mechs from Earthsiege (with various cockpit differences).
