What was the last movie you've seen?

Keep in mind that the GiTS movie is more Oshii's take on it. The source material is quite different, and I'd say SAC skews closer to it - though I haven't watched Arise either.

Still good, even on a fourth viewing.

Like watching Scooby Doo after some hits of LSD with an absinthe chaser.

I read that this was a prequel and I wanted to see what the fuss what all about. Boring so I stopped watching before 60 minutes were up, and it saved me from bothering with Chapter 1 and 2. We had Ghostbusters and Gremlins for "kiddie" horror back in the day, kids nowadays grow up with this rubbish.

Troll Hunter

Move over Van Helsing, this nordic troll hunter will give you a hunt for your money. Found-footage film should be released in 60 frames-per-second mode, they look more realistic that way.

I always thought the sequels were terrible, but now I'm beginning to think the first was full of many goofy moments. The Animatrix is better than all three.

The Visit

M. Night Shyamalan's take on found footage works I guess, but his social commentary on the typical dysfunctional family in the US (and elsewhere, not really an American phenomenon any longer) doesn't. Oh and..
Psycho gramps was right, that kid is an unlikable son of a bitch

Watched Stealing Harvard last night. It was pretty bad, but Tom Green's character reminded me of a coworker so it was worth it for that alone.

Also learned that there's a Dead Snow 2 on Netflix and according to Wikipedia it's a bit more comedic. Can't wait to drink and watch that with some friends.
Gunning for a licensed NES NTSC-U set, follow the madness and poverty here!

Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection F

Good! I recommend it if you're a DB fan.
