Man, these posts always break my heart a little bit. Saturn Bomberman was like a dollar in Japan. I got a boxed, seemingly unused multi-tap for about four dollars, and then two other ones sitting in a box labeled "junk" for about three bucks each. There's got to be someone selling for reasonably cheap overseas. If you're paying "the price of a current gen console" for anything on the Saturn besides Psychic Assassin Taromaru, you're getting the shaft.
Also, I've only played the single player mode and the battle mode with two players, but I couldn't figure out what was so amazing about Saturn Bomberman. It didn't seem all that different from other versions, but I also didn't play for very long, so maybe it gets better later. Can anyone explain specifically why this version is the best?
Is it worth getting a Saturn for bomberman?
