Thought this was a bit more meaningful than a "video clip."
A day late for anniversary celebrations (on my end), but I thought I'd point out that for its 20th anniversary, Jason Dvorak aka Dangerboy over at Game-Rave made this pretty awesome video of every US PS1 game, 5 seconds of which, in one video. Video is over 2 hours long.

20th Anniversary of the PS1: every US release in one video

All US titles in their historically-inaccurate stretched aspect ratio it looks like.
Cool video though.

Saw this elsewhere: "watching it on a 4:3 desktop resolution plays it at 4:3".dogman91 wrote:All US titles in their historically-inaccurate stretched aspect ratio it looks like.

PS1 is my favorite era of gaming of all time, why Nintendo, why did you have to shoot yourselves in the foot during the cd transition why!!

I like Jason's stuff - this is a neat one to take in.

Finally got to watch the video last night, liked and subscribed!
Since I started to watch late at night it took me a few hrs after nodding on and off, but I can say pretty important video considering he blasted through the whole (US) library. Many I remember having and played, thankfully only a few that slipped by me!

Now in historically accurate 4:3 ratio and separated in 5 parts for easier consumption.dogman91 wrote:All US titles in their historically-inaccurate stretched aspect ratio it looks like.

My fondest memories were the launch/earlier titles.
Twisted Metal, ESPN Xtreme, Battle Arena Toshinden, Loaded, Gex, Jumping Flash all have a special place in my heart. Not too mention all that followed, I don't care if the graphics haven't aged well these will always be some of my favorite games!!
When PSM magazine launched, it turned my affection to a hardcore obsession. I remember hunting down some back issues again ( few years back) just to have the Armored Core insert so I could build some of those awesome AC's. I've said this before but screw Steel Battalion you grab Armored Core with the Dual Analog Joystick (SCPH-1110) and that's OG right there, actually is super playable that way!
