NHL '16 is super good. Has some issues but it's a hell of a lot of fun. I've been away from the sport for a while so it's fun to pick up on all the little stuff that's changed.

Tearaway Unfolded is on hold until I finish up MGS.

I'm feeling the icey grip of Hearthstone again which scares me. That iPad version is fantastic.

Would you recommend it? I'm in two minds about buying it after NHL 14 and 15.

X-com enemy unknown, just picked up enemy within today since it was 6 bucks on Amazon. Have had the game for a year, never touched it and put in about 9 hours the past two nights. It's like electronic crack haha

Played about a hour of snake eater last night so that was enough to get through the intro cutscenes and the gettin 10 minutes to get the controls and GOD I CAN CONTROL THE BLOODY CAMERA NOW! Also the game constantly says "This is a sneaking mission" so im going to test that, no kill run and only using the tranquilizer gun, i will give boss battles a free pass on this aspect because its metal gear its going to have boss battles. But if the game throws some BS like "oh a cutscene triggered this alarm, now you have to fight your way" i will declare that the game is a liar, or Kojima.

I've been playing GTA4 again. I bought a console copy last week. I originally played it on PC and quite enjoyed it. I've noticed for a few years that the versions have a few differences, so I was curious.

Overall, the PC version is way better ... even if it wasn't modded to look glorious. There's only one problem in the PC version that I can't stand that isn't in the console version (and it might not even be a PC problem, it might be an Nvidia problem) It's some weird render problem with some hint planes or something suddenly becoming visible, it's most noticeable when driving up hills they'll just pop in. It could just be me, but I've noticed it in a few GTA games on PC, mostly 4, though.

Noise, have you tried out the multiplayer? I convinced my old roommate to pick up the bundle today so I'm on my way to convert all my buddies until two comes out next year haha

Tried to fire up some GTA: VC but got a ton of errors, so I've had to resort to Army Men: Sarge's Heroes 2. Not that it's a bad thing.

Had my bro in law over last night, usually we start with retro games but dove right into the 360 with dude bro games. Played Goldeneye Reloaded Jungle & Far Cry Instincts Predator Warehouse Levels Split Screen but didn't last too long as I remade both levels in Far Cry 2 and was destroying him since I analyzed so much of those maps I knew all the vantage points.

After that fired up Rainbow Six Vegas and got our asses handed to us in Terrorist Hunt, played a few rounds and the game still holds up tactical bliss. Finally capped the night off with Final Fight and both were like kids in a candy shop, sevinoseven still holding the leaderboards with dsh right below us. Had a good night though!

Xcom Enemy Unkown MP blows. Basically there are only a handful of preset maps, and when you build your squad there are point limitations that prevent you from making really large or interesting team ups. The point system also couldn't be adjusted at the time I played a few years back so things were pretty bland. Also had stability issues, but those were probably fixed ages ago since last time I played it was around launch.

About the only interesting thing was being able to put aliens in your squad.

Things may have improved with the expansions, but I never felt driven to go back to it.
