Seriously though, what a final drive. Here's hoping my 'boys are beating the shit out of the Eagles, so such heroics won't be necessary. Yes, the Giants were really dumb, but all the D needed was one stop, y'know?
And yeah, without Dez... we'll see. Not much depth at receiver. I'm confident they'll be able to get by, though. They're good in the trenches, and that generally leads to solid teams, regardless of the skill positions. I mean, let's face it: the Pats' best receiver is Julian Edelman.
Final Fantasy IX is the best one
Re: NFL 2015 THREAD
i'm a cowboys fan as well, so i guess we will see. they also lost randy georgry in that game for 4-6 weeks. he was tearing it up. after already losing scandrick for the year and having to start mo claiborne they need a pass rush and he was getting to eli alot. it will be better when hardy gets off suspension. i drafted dez with the 7th pick in my ff league, so fuck. probably gone for the year. for all the talk of how good they were in the trenches, they only had like 80 yrds rushing. need more DMC too, he looked good the few carries he had.catnip wrote:Stares you out the doorRyaNtheSlayA wrote:Wow I can't read.

and that last sentence about edelman, that's what makes tom brady a great qb. i've been a romo supporter for awhile and always thought he was good, not great. if he can put up numbers with dez out with average receivers, he could make that jump.

This threw me for a loop. A good loop.
For those not in the know, Richard Sherman press conferences and post game interviews usually consist of a stoned faced and combative Sherman usually answering every question with the same answer. Always made me feel like he's a disrespectful overpaid athlete. And who knows? That could still be true, but a lot of kids look up to him and I'm glad he took the time to address the issue in his own words.

I don't think you've actually watched many Richard Sherman if that's how you think his interviews usually go. Several of the post season ones were like that due to an anger over media treatment of Marshawn Lynch. I watched probably 90% of the interviews last year and he's a very smart dude.Luke wrote:This threw me for a loop. A good loop.

Yeah, yikes. I've been cable free for around two years, so I dropped the ball on this one. It's Lynch who comes off as a jackass.
Re: NFL 2015 THREAD
As far as being cable free, how do you watch non local stuff? I haven't found the answer yet after 2 years besides shitty streams.Luke wrote:Stark wrote:I don't think you've actually watched many Richard Sherman if that's how you think his interviews usually go. Yeah I don't think Lynch comes off looking too great, but I like when I see team camaraderie like that.Luke wrote:Yeah, yikes. I've been cable free for around two years, so I dropped the ball on this one. It's Lynch who comes off as a jackass.

I used to spend every Sunday morning taking at least four hours making my picks for the week. I'd call pal after pal seeing if we agreed, I had custom spreadsheets...I was all in.
Really don't care anymore. It's fun to talk about, and although I was making great money with my picks, I don't miss it.
Certainly. However Lynch certainly loves the "Baller" lifestyle. He should be taken down another peg or two.Stark wrote: Yeah I don't think Lynch comes off looking too great, but I like when I see team camaraderie like that.
