I actually own this on GOG but haven't gotten around to it. Will keep in mind.
If you're looking for another desktop simulator with a story, I've heard that Digital: A Love Story is good, but I haven't gotten it yet, so I can't comment.
Yeah we had thought of this one. Though we tried playing Don't Take It Personal Babe It Just Ain't Your Story and we weren't too into it.
From the Telltale Games perspective, my wife absolutely loves Tales From The Borderlands. It is my favorite TT game so far and it is just flat out hilarious.
Yo is Tales From BL done? I don't play these games until the whole season is out.

Speaking of which, I had wanted to play Life Is Strange with her but I think there's still an episode pending?
EDIT: Also, Her Story is from the lead designer of Silent Hill: Shattered Memories. So maybe that would be an interesting game for you both? Horror + the dude who made Her Story???
Yeah I had this in the back of my mind as well.

Both have 1 episode pending. Life Is Strange is also excellent and way less clunky than a typical TT game (gameplay wise).

I'm very interested in Life Is Strange. The 90's thing, y'know? I think that game will be perfect for us. But like I said, I wait for episodic games to be "finished" before starting.

Yeah you'd dig the 90's highschool vibe from it. Speaking of which, did you play Gone Home? 90's punk/love story type thing, very good.

Funny you mentioned Gone Home, we just ordered the special edition at my wife's suggestion. So that's probably a good one.

I don't know if gaming journalism has ever been this diluted. I get a lot of what I hear just from Twitter and message boards like this. Today I decided to check out some of the usual sites. Everyone has the same stories. It's such a shit show. I think everyone just piggybacks off each other's work. I visited no less than 5 sites all of which had the same 4-5 stories on their front page.

I would assume that has a lot more to do with PR teams sending out press releases than to "piggybacking."
