TG16 on PC Engine

Hi, I have a PC Engine/IFU. Is it possible to play TG16 games on my PC Engine without having to mod it? I know that there exists card converters to do the opposite, but not for TG16 on PCE? That's upsetting if so! Thanks.

The Turbo PC Henshin is the only card that I am aware that allows you to play TG16 games on a PCE, however they go for $80USD and are hard to find in stock, surely cheaper / easier just to purchase a base unit to play your TG16 games on.
