if only had one classic ststem to choose what will it be ???

Just a quick question for everybody if you only had to choose one TRUE classic system what would it be? For me personally it would be the nes. The reason for that its because i grew up in the 80's and it was my favorite thing in the world. Don't get me wrong the genesis and snes are classics in their own rights but if i want to spend my money on a retro system NOT the retro duo's or the genx or any of that crap I mean the real systems with the games especially now when everybody is getting back into the 8 bit and 16 bit genre what would you choose and why? NES SNES OR GENESIS? If anybody wants to put anything else into the topic please do so and tell us why you choose that system thanks

I definately got the most value out of my SNES, so that would be my console of choice. The only system in my collection that I have more games for is my DS.

i would have to go with Genesis, i had the NES when i was younger, and a SNES too, but most of my play time went to my genesis, not sure why, maybe Sonic is just way cooler than Mario and back when Mortal Kombat was the version with blood i had 1st grade bragging rights to all my loser friends with the lame SNES version. Streets of Rage, Rocket Knight, Shinobi, Aladin, Altered beast, SFII Champion edition got most of my play then

I found the SNES as my most memorable system. With numerous timeless classics it can't be touched. Even to this day.

My Saturn is the system I think I played the most. It would have to be the Saturn.

My desert island console would have to be the SNES. Not because I personally have an attachment to it, but all those RPGs would keep me plenty entertained. Lots of platformers and puzzle games to mix things up too.

Oh damn thats hard. my favorite system is without a doubt the Dreamcast. the problem with this is the lack of games and many are short games. so i would probably pick the SNES due to the many rpg games that would keep me busy and the many other games.

PS1 without a doubt. So many great games.

Does PS2 count? I've probably logged more time on that than anything I have. If not, I'd probably have to go with PS1 even though I'm a big fan of Sega products. Comparitively the PS1 has more power and more of a game library than any of it's contemporaries or predecessors. The Saturn is a favorite, but has a limited library, same with the Dreamcast.
