theres no hype behind it. Its simply a different way of harvesting produce without the use of chemicals. This topic is about on par with 'recycling... who believes the hype???'.

After tasting the difference between an organically reared chicken from my local butchers & an under-sized, vacuum-packed battery chicken from the supermarket...I can safely say that organic is worth the extra cost, but not from the supermarket. Fuck supermarkets - local business for the win.

Well I sure wouldn't want any inorganic food. Carbon is delicious.

I have to give it up for organic milk. After switching to organic milk I noticed a huge drop in stomach problems. When I can afford it, most or all of the food I buy will be organic.
Re: Organic Foods...who Believes the Hype
I'd rather eat a fresh organic food than something tampered with but if it won't kill me or hurt my health much and its cheaper I'll save some money.

I once was at the Pike's Place Market, and I saw a local farmer with his produce out. In one bin was the regular strawberries. They were big and plump and juicy looking. In the very next bin were the organic strawberries. They were small and twice the price.
I don't buy organic.
