I read that Capcom is going to post the final changes on their dev blog Nov. 30th, the arcades in Japan get the patch on Dec. 3rd, and 360 and ps3 get the patch Dec. 13th.

If the other person enables ready and you don't for like 15 seconds, it skips you.
