Re: my humble game room
RF is horrible. Get an AV cable but make sure that you buy a "double mono" stereo. I just bought 2 sealed packs of 3M floppy for 5€ but still need the USB-Floppy adapter or a cheao x1541 cable and booting into DOS. Don't mess with silly joysticks, it is compatible with Mega Drive pads and ...

Re: my humble game room
I have exactly the same 6 consoles (plus Mega CD addon, handhelds and and a C64) even the arrangement is very similar. I don't need a NES cause these systems covers the most NES classics either via emulation or upgraded versions and the rest is what i don't really care of. But a Turbografx could be ...

Re: smartboycart.com ?
Finally. The stuff looks good, and the build quality looks solid too.
But they haven't sent the software and there isn't any download on their "site". Without SW, it's junk. Does anyone know of any software for this unit? Since they doesn't reply too often to my emails..

Re: smartboycart.com ?
I'm not into the flashcart but the USB writer/reader to save the images from my GB cameras. Do you know any alternative? I'd also like to know what to expect from smartboy. It looks like not much, they took my money and that's all. Not sure what one can do in cases like this. I suspect Paypal also d...

Re: gamepad recommendations
Pulsar_t wrote:We already have a similar topic no? Anyway, I'd suggest the X1 pad since it seems the dpad is improved, and several emulators support XInput meaning minimal button mapping fuss. I have yet to read about Windows drivers for the gamepad however..
