I have had this problem before. Depending on what region console you have (Jap, EUR or US) depends on whether the console use AC or DC power. Looks like you are using a AC power supply on a Super Famicom which is expecting DC. They work for all games but any SuperFX games cause that wavy line. Get ...

Always ensure that you clean the contacts of your carts also. The amount of carts I get that will not work is amazing. Years of people blowing on the carts and leaving their saliva on them has caused issues I suspect.

Super Everdrive is an awesome bit of kit. Get yourself a DSP1 game and remove the DSP chip from it and install it on your everdrive to give you support for DSP1 games. It has been really good to me.
