As long as the printing on the disc is shiny, electrical contact cleaner will remove most permanent marker. I traded for some rare games at a local store (didn't give up much), but they all have an initial on them written with permanent marker . It's two Gamecube games and two Ps2 games BTW . How do I safely get it off ? Thanks !
