Ok, I've got the CP off. But before that took it up to my deck to be sheltered and try it out. I plugged it in, flicked the switch on top, but nothing came on. Now I know that I'll have to take the back off. Going to try drilling the lock as suggested. I hope this isn't going to be a complicated fix...

I see the hinge there but can't figure out how to get that open. I'll have to open it from the back I think. Does anyone know how to bust open/pick one of those circular locks?
