I’ve been buying and selling on eBay and my own website for quite a while.

I’m a pretty easy guy to get along with. However, I appreciate the cooperation of buyers. Please read through the product description and links thoroughly before asking quick questions. When sending us an email, please include the product title so that we know what product you are inquiring about. I’ll do my best to provide you with the appropriate information. Please let me know if you have any questions before bidding. That may save us both time and effort. If you win our auction, we shall contact you within two working days. Delays sometimes occur when eBay is not able to send out notices. If you do not receive our email within two days after end of auction, feel free to drop us a note.

We join eBay in the assumption that people are basically good and honest and wish to push through with their commitment, if you do not wish to push through with your transaction, kindly communicate with us and let us know your reasons, if they are reasonable, we will not insist. We will however file eBay NPB cases against those who ignore us or give us weird reasons for not pushing through with the transaction.
