So I decided that I want a dreamcast but I dont know where I can buy one, I know that it's now a rare console now and I know that I cant find one in my country. So I am thinking of Ebaying, but I know those site requires a credit card but I dont have one and even if I have one, I think those kind of site is not reliable. So what do I do in order to get a dreamcast? I think this is not the right section to post this but any tips will be good ( or criticism for that).

eBay is normally ok for being safe, and you can use a debit card on it too if you don't have a credit card
Also Amazon is normally ok for consoles, I bought an original Master System off it last week no problems

On the topic of the Master System, how much better was it than the NES? I look at it sometimes and the games look far more colorful. And if I was interested in one, how much would it be?

Well it would be a lot more expensive for you as you live in America right? Cheap as chips in brit (£20, games at about £3 each, roughly)
It wasn't much better than the NES to be honest, the d-pad on the controllers are easily broken so if you buy one make sure the controllers are good. It has some great games that make it worth it though, and a bigger colour palette. Worth buying i'd say

I was hitting up craigslist but people on there can be hard to deal with, or even meet up with. I stopped at a local Game Crazy (a sub-Gamestop chain) and they had a pile of them. I paid $30 for the console but it has a 90 day warranty, so at least if it decides to brick I can get money back or another one. Try some good will stores too, and good luck is to be had on craigslist (I just struck out on this one!).

Ugh, what is a debit card?

It's a card that is used with a Debit account as opposed to a Credit account. A Debit account is an account with physical money that you have earned in it. You can deposit and withdraw money from it using a 'debit card'. Credit accounts don't have any physical money in them, when you use your credit card the company 'borrows' you the money you then get an invoice at the end of the month where you have to pay the balance back. Or not... and end up in £1000s of debt like so many idiots do.

Think of a debit card as an alternative to writing a check. Both are coming straight out of a bank account and can only be used with money you actually have.
