What Topics Should I Focus On? (Vote!)

There's a few topics that are on my mind right now, but I'm curious which ones appeal to you all the most. Vote for your favorites and feel free to leave comments.

Really, there is no reason why you can't cover atleast 2 of the above and occasionally insert breaking news on another subject when it crosses your computer screen. Something like a new DC homebrew game might not be all that worth while, but a new Sega Emulator release that can emulate genesis near perfectly could easily be something you should report. I'm not too into the DS, but news on it emulating NES or even SNES games would be great, but an update on it's progress isnt needed every time a new version comes out, just something significant. Sticking to the news you have and adding in classic/new reviews is a perfect way to run this site. If you want to overload your readers with content, send them to GameTrailers or GameSpot. I come here because of the type of content you put on your page. I don't think I would've learned that Capcom was making a Alpha collection until I saw it in a forum somewhere mainly because the above mentioned sites are way to cluttered for my taste.

I will probably cover all of them, and still cover my normal stuff.
I'm just curious what everybody is interested in.
I don't want to talk about topics too much that people don't like.

As for the emulation/homebrew stuff I will NOT do little updates for every version. I can't stand sites that do that. Boring. I'm thinking more like articles discussing emulation options, tutorials on getting the emulators set up, compatibility lists, etc. Mostly stuff for people just getting started with the topics.

I enjoy reading vintage game reviews, especially for titles with little exposure.

I really like the guides to older systems. Reviews for older games is also good, or like clippings from sites or old magazines too.

I'm not too interested in emulators for the Dreamcast which seems to be popular. I think emulators for the xbox are far better- I hope I don't get flamed by saying that.

I don't think you'll get flamed -- I know there are some people here that run their emus on an XBox. I think the main appeal of emulating on the Dreamcast is that it's cheaper and you don't have to any modifications to the console.

Yeah, I agree. Writing reviews of stuff on Xbox like that comes entailed with a bunch of how to's in doing it. Where as DC emulators come with easy ISO builders and it is a burn and play deal.
