Breakout/Arkanoid type game on the Sega Genesis?

I thought about getting Doh It Again for the SNES, but I was wondering if the Genesis has some sort of Breakout or Arkanoid type game. If so, is it as good as Doh It Again?

That's a good question, I haven't come across one. I wonder if the Atari 2600 paddle controllers would work on the Genesis. The joypad/sticks are at least somewhat compatible.
