You probably only needed to extract the first file.
It will automatically pull the data from the rest of them.
However, to answer your question, if the situation is what I think it is, you should just have to burn one of them.

isn't there a guide some where on this site!?!?!?
Quick run down.
Rar files are usually split into multiple archives labeled either .r01, .r02, sequentially... OR .001 , .002... extract the first one and it will pull from all of them (like Racket said). If you are missing any of the files WinRAR will give you an error saying you are missing one.
2 common CD images used for DC games are .nrg and .cdi; Nero and Discjuggler respectively. You will need a CD burning tool that supports whichever format you've located (Bin/cue is another older format, like .iso). Alcohol 120% supports both formats; it will be your best bet. (I personally use Nero... but that is my personal preference).
What I don't understand is instead of looking for the guide which is available any many sites. People usually post a thread asking the question. Question to ask you... WHY!? Why post a thread, get the usual "READ THE MANUAL" response and WAIT usually a day or two to get a response which doesn't fully help you usually... when all you had to do was use the cutesy little 'search' tool in the upper right corner?
[I left the directions mainly because I know he won't answer my question less I assist him... I'm assisting in a dickish manner, but that doesn't mean you should ignor me... please answer in the most dickish manner you can muster!]

All you need is the CDI.
I recommend DiscJuggler to burn. Some would recommend Alcohol 120%.
Never heard of Bootdreams...

Thank you for the answer. I may seem like a dick (with my reasons) atleast Racket is a nice guy.
Oh and there are lots of guides in the link at the top of this forum labeled "hacks & guides"
