I want my Ghost in the shell!

Post by blue_veilvet »

Hi there,

I am quite angry these days. A few week ago I remembered playing a demo of Ghost in the shell for the PSOne and thought it would be cool to snatch it up. I was a bit pessimistic after reading that it is a rare game, but I found an auction on ebay and got it for around 8 Euro (shipping included). This was some weeks ago. The article was marked as payed the same day, and I even received a positive rating.

But then, nothing further happened. I did not receive the game to this day, I sent two emails but got no response.

And the worst of it is, the game is indeed rare! Right now there is only a bundle with 4 other games and the expensive shop offers :/

To turn my complaint in something constructive: Who has the game? Is it worth my agony?

It's a unique title, that's for sure. In case you don't know, you play as a fuchikoma, a spider tank. You walk or jet on any flat surface from any perspective. You have machine guns and bombs. It's a pretty basic, stage based game. The main attractions are the FMVs and the soundtrack.

The controls are pretty tight and reliable, but some finely tuned analog support would have done wonders.

Before reading this always thought they were only tachikomas, but first versiones were fuchikomas too much stand alone complex for me. Loved that ps1 game was one of the first ones I got, you could go on walls and the levels were fun.
