Panasonic 3DO ODE Uf2 firmware Compilation Help

Hey guys i am working on an open source project
It is an Optical Drive Emulator for 3DO I ordered the PCB's and everything
As instructions the Recompiled UF2 file was made for a specific kind of RP2040 Pico Plus waveshare for a generic Raspberry Pico i need to compile my own UF2 file from the source provides for my version of Pico and i have 0 Knowledge about that.
If anybody can help would be great
