Hello wonder if anyone could help ?
Did a full capacitor change on a game gear started it up and nothing on screenor sound
So double checked all my joints and correct caps used that's all correct
So started check-in the board and noticed a burnt spot

Did a quick check and it is burning when turned on

Is it the capacitor at fault or is something else
I've searched for the same problem and haven't come across it
So any ideas on what it is or where I can get a replacement capacitor if it is that being the problem would be a huge help

Are you sure the replacement cap is the correct spec? Especially the max voltage rating. And are you sure you installed it with the correct polarity?

Yes I double checked them and the + and -
The one in the picture was originally on the board and not one that was replaced
