Google says the game is fully dubbed in English in all releases, and contains text options for several languages. At least one person has shared that they specifically played the Japanese release, and it was English dubbed.

Yea. I read that it was all eng voices. Was more concerned about the text specific to the Japanese game. Couldn't find anything concrete.

It is listed as "Japanese version has full English support", so you are good to go
