just beat landstalker the other day. remember that game? the old 3/4 view rpg/adventure for genesis? i played that game to death about 10 years ago on the sega channel, it stayed downloadable for about 2 months (games normally stayed on for only 1) and i had gotten pretty far at that point in time but then it was no longer on sega channel (i think it was at the lake shrine). anyway, i finally beat it a few days ago and i had forgotten how hard it was! so many puzzles to solve! i've been trying to finish games without using online guides/walkthroughs but i had to during the crypt puzzles and a few parts later as well (king nole's place is horribly hard!)
if you have the patience, it's highly recommended!

Yeah, I was pretty stoked when I finally finished Landstalker.
...but nobody else cared.

The "heart warming" conclusion put a big ol smile on my face. I love it when games can do that.
