I've never actually sold a video game system but do currently have my XBox 360 for sale. Before I sell it I'd like to wipe it of any and all personal or account information. Is there something in the menus in the system that lets me wipe the machine and reset it to factory parameters? If so, where do I find these controls?

It looks like there's an HD Eraser app. Might try that.

You might want to move your profile over to external storage. I've not used the app, but I figure it should do what you need it to.
