Mouse/Keyboard Adapter for Console Anyone Use Them?

Since I've decided to hold off on upgrading/building a new PC for BF1 I've decided to shift my gaming mostly over to console. However I've never been a big fan of playing FPS games on console because I loathe aim assist and not having the precision of a keyboard and mouse. So I was considering picking up an adapter to alleviate that minor annoyance. Does anyone here have any suggestions or knowledge about these are they pretty easy to work with or does mapping out the controls a pain?
Looking to use my wired keyboard and mouse that I use for my PC with two
switch boxes so I don't have to worry about constantly swapping connections.
Currently looking at this adapter from mayflash.

Not sure on that adapter for the newer consoles, but I have the PS2 and Xbox versions. I imagine the Mayflash version will have similar capability.

AFAIK the XIM is the definitive KB&M adapter for XOne/PS4/PS360. It uses a smart phone app to set profiles for popular FPSs. The profiles are customized per game and eliminate things like dead zones and look acceleration that make movement feel unnatural when translating analog stick input to mouse. You will never be able to "look" faster than the in-game settings will allow, but owners and testers swear that it feels like a PC setup once you dial it in.
Check out this guy's demonstration and comparison:

I was sent a Brook Sniper for review purposes, it's an adapter that allows you to use your keyboard and mouse on the PS4, PS3, Xbox One and Xbox 360.

Brook’s Sniper Precision Mouse and Keyboard Converter for Consoles lets you use your favourite PC gaming hardware on Playstation 4, Playstation 3, Xbox One and Xbox 360.

- Cutting Edge wireless configuration using your smartphone or PC.
- Optimized configurations for popular games such as Overwatch, Battle Field 4, Call of Duty Black Ops3 included in App. Load it or crate your own.
- Headsets and chat audio support (* works for PS3 / 4 only).
- Input converter designed by gamers with latest technology.
- Turn on the “Anti Recoil” function automatically to increase the accuracy rate of weapon shots.
- Turn on the “Rapid Fire” function automatically to increase the bullets fired up to 60%.
-

No lag coming from keyboard, headshots are much easier, plug & play with the current firmware version of each console, multiple configs via the app.
I've been using it with Doom, weapon wheel selection can be annoying. I'm also having a hard time doing 180° movements when surrounded by enemies

It's so good!
I don't even need it (no P2P or FPS), but I crave it's better response time and capabilities.
But it's $150. Ya I'll buy it, but not right now. I still want it right now!

The Brook's cheaper than the XiM too. They also offer great customer service, they were still offering me technical assistance at 3:30 AM lol.
They'll be releasing pre-set config files for the new games

The adapter also works well with most games. I've been using it with Street Fighter V on PS4

For now I'm picking up the Mayflash Max Shooter ONE but I might bump up the Brook when it comes out if I have any issues. Brook looks awesome but at 3x the price I'm a little skeptical. All I need is functionality and I'm not a huge fan of features like "Turn on the “Anti Recoil” function automatically to increase the accuracy rate of weapon shots." I'm mainly doing this because I'm not a fan of aim assist in FPS or playing FPS games with a controller not so I can have a massive advantage over everyone else

.
BF1 (PS4) is my big reason for buying this since I actually bought BF1 on PC first but due to my older specs it runs like crap and MP was unplayable

. So far the PS4 footage with the Mayflash Max Shooter seems to be pretty solid.
