They're both kinda trying to do different things, so I'm not entirely sure I agree. I'm not super-fond of the Mighty No. 9 aesthetic, but I don't think that's the biggest problem with that game.

Out today! The artwork looks great; not a day 1 purchase for me, but something I'm keeping an eye out for during a sale.

These are the kind of remakes I love, you can change to the original on the fly. Such an awesome feature. This looks really cool.

It's just not $20 cool for a lease game. Had this been physical I'd pay that, probably $30 as it looks like a lot of fun. Hopefully Monster Boy follows through on going physical as I'd pick that up in an instant. This one though, I can wait on a 50% off or more sale for PC or Nintendo.

Hoping for a physical copy is pretty much the only reason I'm holding out, because man, that artwork is pretty.
