Portable LCD Screens for Xbox/PS2

I've been playing around with a couple of those portable system screens and was wondering what everyone thought of what is/was available.
Reasons for my interest:
-There were several available, with varying quality
-They tend to be the standard 4:3 dimensions for what was played at the time.
-You don't have to worry about controller lag as much (I might be assuming too much, but they seem to be designed for SD inputs).
-It's neat to have an original, self contained system, paired with a soft-mod and an HDD.
So far, I have tried a few:
The Hip Gear screen/controller for PS2 (or PS1, also produced for XBOX and GC).

Was very disappointed i the controller quality, but not sure what I was expecting with that tiny screen. The pixels seemed a bit grainy to me though.
The Zenith 5" Screen for Xbox (also for PS2)
Like this:

This one is decent enough. Not amazingly sharp, but looks nice enough. The ability to swivel it to a variety of angles is a nice feature. Paired with a modded Xbox and it makes for a nice emulation center.
The Intec 5 1/2" (either 5.4" or 5.6") Screen for PS2
Sort of like this:

I was pretty disappointed in this one as the resolution is pretty bad. I hear there is a 5" version that is much better, but don't know how to tell the difference from a picture. You can hook up any other device to it via A/V or S-video, but it all looks terrible (really, why even put an S-video port is it's going to look like crap anyways)?.
And then there are the PSone screens: I have the official one and it does the job well enough.
I'd be interested to hear what others have to say on various dedicated game screens. I'd also like to hear if anyone knows of a nice quality one for PS2 (preferably for the old phat style, but info on good slim screens are welcome too).
