182 Genesis PCB's

Post by Onyxthecat »

So I was going to try to do my own custom reproductions but it seems a bit complicated with the chips and what not. I have all these boards left over and not sure what to do with theme or if I can even sell them to a moder. Anyone interested?

So these are just PCBs and no shells? What happened to the shells?

What games are these? I'm not expecting you to list 128 games, but I'm curious. Are they all crap sports titles? Or just random cheap games?

You should post this in B/S/T. I am willing to bet anyone buying this would be in that forum.

Are those all originals, unmodified? You just opened the cases and left them like that?
Approximately how many unique titles are in there?

I'd love to grab that lot, just to be able to record all the ROM IDs from those. As far as I know, no one has tried making a database out of those. There are some bits and pieces of info from SMSPower and an old page archived at Spritesmind, and the MAME source has documentation for the arcade chips, but no one has a central list.

Also, I could do PCB scans for all of them as well. With so many extras, there is no point in worrying about accidentally ruining some stuff from your own collection.
