Playing cdr games in Dreamcast

So i was playing a burned copy of shenmue 2..when the dreamcast suddenly restarted itself in the middle of the game...so i checked the cd figured it might be scratched or something similar but that wasn´t the case..but i did notice the cd was rather warm so is it possible the dc is or the cd are overheating ? and also i did print a label for the cd..(well just so the burned copy would at least resemble the real thing :D) so maybe the sticker is attracting to much heat ?

Dont put stickers on disks, use sharpie markers, not permanent markers. Stickers ruin your disks and your motor in your system. A sticker makes the weight of the disk uneven and destroys the motor eventually.....seriously Im not kidding! Unless the label covers the entire disk, then it just makes the disk heavier (joy).

It's your system. It happens to most dreamcasts after a few years. It's a simple fix:

it wouldn be a bad idea to clean the dc :D since i´ve had that console for six years now
