Jet Set Radio - J5 improvise

OK. I've read that J5 is back. I also found out that they have a track on Jet Set Radio that I haven't heard because I suck at that game. I played Quality Control to death on a work trip in 2000. Can anyone tell me what I must do to progress in the game to hear the track? In 2014 youtube is cockblocking. Can I somehow rip the track from my official US release disc?

Loved that song in jgr. You can just listen to it in the juke box in the options menu right? I used to do that all the time. Another awesome j5 song is "what's golden"
