Wanted to pass on this release.



I've been thinking of getting both games and stumbled on this release.

Ginga Force itself is about $75
Eschatos is $90 for the original release or $30-40 for the wonder price reprint

I typically will avoid "best" or "simple" or "wonder" versions, but that is largely due to the hideous artwork, like this:


As seen above, the artwork on this release is quite nice.

In addition to Eschatos and Ginga Force, it also has Judge Silversword and Cardinal Sins:

Dave - I'm 99% sure. I read up on it for 90 minutes before confirming my purchase. Info all seemed to quote the same original press release which was ambiguous, but this thread and this post confirmed it for me:

Whoa, I JUST picked this up yesterday even though I already have both Ginga Force and Escatos. I was going to get it back in June but decided to pass since it'd be redundant for me. I saw it used on the shelf yesterday and my collect-all-360-shooters OCD kicked in.

It's pretty good considering the price. Plus it comes with a soundtrack.

Haha, I was just looking at this earlier today. Eschatos looks like a lot of fun with a cool retro vibe to it. I'll definitely be picking this up soon.

Wow, that's way cheaper than everywhere else i've seen. Free shipping too? Ordered. Really looking forward to this. Hopefully by the time I end up picking up Ginga Force it will have dropped a bit.

heh I bought Eschatos just for the Judgement Silversword port, that game is off the chain.

Both the Qute games are really fun and introduce some pretty neat mechanics and unique perspectives to the genre.

I wonder if this collection has TATE support right out of the box for Judgement Silversword /Cardinal Sins?

The original Eschatos release required a patch in order to TATE the Wonderswan games.
