Fire Emblem 1 Translated?
Fire Emblem 1 Translated?
So I was playing some games on my Powerpak last night and I decided to give Fire Emblem a try since I've never played any of those games before. I absolutely love it. I was immediately hooked. However, even though the rom says it's in english, it turned out to be only partially translated. Does anyone know if there's a fully translated rom out there?

You may be playing a game with an older, unfinished patch. Try this:

How are these games related in the series? Marth is in the latest game Awakening, but they aren't a prince.

Of which game? The one I'm playing, Awakening? Or previous installments?alienjesus wrote:There are pretty major spoilers involved there.

Answering your question is a pretty large spoiler for Awakening.Stark wrote:Of which game? The one I'm playing, Awakening? Or previous installments?alienjesus wrote:There are pretty major spoilers involved there.
Marth is the protagonist of FE1 & 3. FE1 & 3 are set ~1000 years before Awakening, and are on the same continent as Awakening. FE2 is set between FE1 & 3 on a different continent as FE1 & 3.

Re: Fire Emblem 1 Translated?
There are a few references to Fire Emblem 9 and 10 in Awakening too, so it's possible they're tied to the same realm in some way too.

Ok, thanks for not spoiling, I'll keep plugging away at Awakening, I'm on Chapter 11 or so.

Thanks a lot guys! Now I'll actually be able to know what I'm doing. Last night it was mostly guess work.
