Emulating Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo without input latency

Whats the best way of emulating Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo / X without input latency?
i tried several mame versions, which worked pretty bad. final burn alpha did a better job, also shmupmame seemed way better. emulating the dreamcast version had slight slowdowns even it was running at 60fps at all times.
because of this i dont think you could improve your skills like on an actual arcade machine or a dreamcast. am i wrong or is it hopeless?

this also applies for other fighting games :o

You'd have to have some form of Autism to notice that Latency in MAME.

I don't notice it at all.

BTW I don't mean that as an insult I mean to notice something that Miniscule, it would only be something a sensory enhanced autistic could notice.
