I never really warmed up to more recent iterations of Mega Man. From Battle Network on I've had trouble staying interested in new versions of Mega Man. Stuff that continues the classic, X series, and Legends I'm okay with, but the other series that came later were never really my cup of tea.

No wait, just kidding, we're going to bring it back as a tactical game.
Now maybe it is a great tactical game, I don't know, but it wasn't a shmup and it came after they said they were done. Just don't call it R-Type anything.
