I'm in the 2nd Frank Burly book, written by John Swartzwelder, called "How I Conquered Your Planet." These books are hilarious.

Read The Hobbit again, after seeing the film. Now my wife is reading it, she seems to like it okay. I also read The Hellbound Heart by Clive Barker in one sitting - the book has like size 24 font.

Reading two books at the moment:
The Little Book of Common Sense Investing by John C. Bogle - I really like the cut of this guy's jib. He makes investing seem so much simpler and more straightforward than my random attempts at following CNBC.

Liber Aleph vel CXI: The Book of Wisdom and Folly by Aleister Crowley - Crowley is the most interesting author of spiritual subjects that I'm aware of. The book is a series of one-page chapters in the form of epistles to his "magical son" about a variety of subjects. I'm only at the beginning, but I'm appreciating it.

With the exception of The Financial Times, the financial media is pretty terrible. (The WSJ used to be very good, but it was purchased by someone who basically ruined it...) You are much better off with the book you are reading, and I think that - once you have read it - you will be able to call BS on 99% of the things you see on CNBC.

Used to be daily required reading as well.

The Nightly Business Report on PBS, 7pm est, still is very informative and a great source for anyone in business.
