Controller Storage

What do you all do for controller storage? Right now, mind are kind of wedged into the TV cabinet behind each of the systems. It's a pain in the butt to fish them out. I need a better storage solution but I'm not sure what to do with them. Ideas? How do you all store your controllers?

I use an old dresser. Each drawer is for a different company. Nintendo stuff in one, Sega stuff in another, etc etc.
