The T.V. show "Icons", previously on G4TV, was an excellent video game documentary show. Easily my favorite show to ever air on that network. You can find a lot of the episodes on YouTube, now.

Every week would be about a different subject. One week it would be about Horror Games, the next week about Nintendo, then Sonic the Hedgehog after that, and the week after that about Yu Suzuki. So they went across the board in gaming.

Get Lamp: The Text Adventure Documentary

Not video game documentaries but I think would appeal to some of the same demographic.

Minecraft: The Story of Mojang (2012) just came out.

There is also Frag (2008) about pro-gaming. I own it, its an interesting watch but not an amazing one. Can't seem to find a homepage for it anymore, but you could probibly find a stream for it.

I've only seen one within recent memory. I can't remember the name, but the essential gist of it was poorly explaining the MMO community and claiming MMO's caused people social and health issues. (It can, but seriously, that's in rare cases.)
