Soloteks Video Game Collection and other random stuff

I would like to know if anyone here would have any idea of what the value of the Fist of the North Star original soundtrack is worth. I have scoured the web and have found little info on value. Its in mint condition with everything that came originally.
Apart from the collection there is some Artwork also:
Local Dubuque,Iowa artist (Mixed Media on 2X4):
Picked up at Ikea:
A couple of the photos are of originals be myself and my wife:
This was my recent 2 year wedding anniversary gift. It contains some strips of paper with warm thoughts about our marriage. The side says " Love you for being my +1 (1up)!".
The Samus Logo is some original canvas art that I have not finished painting. All I need to do if finish the Nintendo logo. Its acrylic paint on canvas.
