Neo4all - Dreamcast, a few questions

I recently decided to organize a nostalgiaweekend with some friends I grew up with, playing 2D-fighting games together. So, I got all Neo-Geo games, 113 of them some different versions. All are ISO,Cue and WAV.

So I started to look for the best way to relive these fine games, so I discovered the Neo4all RC4 emulator and looked at some youtube videos showing neogeo cd games on Dreamcast. So I bought a dreamcast yesterday.

Now, I have a few questions, to which I haven´t really found defintive answers to.

1) Neo4all RC4 is the best Neo Geo CD emulator as I understand it. I downloaded the bootcd *.cdi format.

But I did read something about making the games selfbooting, and that this will even increase the loading times? Is this really true? Something about putting a dummyfile on the disc.

2) How do I do a selfbooting neogeo cd game?

3) Can you use this stick for the Neo4allRC4?
